  This is a very busy little post office but I have always found the staff to be very helpful and obliging. It can have queues out the door sometimes and I have overhead a number of customers being very difficult and rude so I think the staff have a lot to deal with. I also use the parcel lockers which are really convenient. I think people are being a bit harsh with some of their reviews.

  They never have given any pasles to our shop even i told them our trading hours. I always need to go to post to pick my pasles....

  I too was home when the delivery person came. As expected after reading other reviews, the delivery person did not ring the doorbell nor put the notification slip in my letterbox, instead slid it under the main door of the main entrance in a secure building!!

  Clearly 99% of people have problems with this PO. So WHY is something not done? Does no one read these & action? I don't expect the PO to be doing anything proactive, but what about the ombudsman?

  Deeply anticlimactic. I arrived to find a pleasant level of air conditioning and NOBODY SHOUTING. The staff were being willfully polite, and wishing customers a pleasant day willy nilly. "Hiya, sorry to keep you waiting" - what vicious mind game is this? I am just waiting in this moderately paced queue for the mask to fall.

  Went to pick up a parcel, which reached the post office at 12 noon on Friday, addressed to a parcel locker, On Monday at 10:30 it was still un-deposited (according to the tracking information). So went to pick it up in person.

  At 10:35 am the queue was snaking outside the post office, waited for 20 mins, the queue was not moving much, gave up - will go there again in the afternoon.
